Return & Cancellation Policy
  • Upon reception please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • All the disputes related to Damage, wrong items, etc. must be raised within 2 days of delivery. Any such cases raised after 2 days will not be entertained.
​
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it i.e unused, with relevant materials, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
​
  • To start a return, you can contact us at thatalteredpixel@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
​
  • Once you request a return, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address. This Reverse Pickup facility is only available for pin codes supported for Reverse Pickups by our courier partners. You will need to keep the product(s) packed and ready for pick-up. We will issue credit for your return after it reaches our office and the products are verified. This process will take 7-10 working days from the date of raising the return request.

  • If your pin code is not supported we request you to self ship the product to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

  • You can courier the product(s) using any cost-effective courier solution or speed post to the following address:

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
​
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund and for it to be reflected in your account.
​
  • Cancellations can be made of your order from your Orders page if it has not yet been processed at our office. All orders are usually processed by 11 AM every working day.
​
  • Your Prepaid payment will be refunded in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure.  Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
