Hello there, the following are answers to the most frequently asked questions our customers usually tend to have. If you cannot find the answer to your particular question, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you!

  • Who has done the illustrations?

All illustrations are done by That Altered Pixel.

  • What kind of paper do you use for your posters?

All poster are printed on a 300gsm semi-gloss art board stock.

  • What are the size of your posters?

Our posters are 12 x 16.5 inch or A3 in size. our posters are Borderless i.e the illustration is printed all the way to the edge.

  • What kind of condition will my poster be in?

The posters are brand new and printed when an order is placed.

  • Is a frame included in the price of the poster?

No, we sell posters only, Frames need to be bought separately by the patrons themselves.

  • Why have I not received an order confirmation by e-mail?

If you have placed an order with us but have not received an order confirmation email, please contact us using the contact form and we will update your order information so you can receive your order confirmation properly.

  • ​How do I know my order went through?

An e-mail with an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address that was given when completing the order. If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spam folder. Please note that it can take a few hours before you receive the order confirmation.

  • How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order from your Orders page if it has not yet been processed yet

  • ​How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are usually shipped out within 24 hours from the day the order is confirmed on all working days (Mon-Sat). Deliveries usually happen within 5-7 working days depending on your location.

  • How do I track my order?

You will receive an e-mail with your courier tracking link once your order is shipped out. You can also find the tracking information from your Order History page.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment.

  • Do you accept Commissions??
